On January 14th, 2019, Scout PNW will be closing for a complete redesign and rebrand.
We’re grateful to our local community and to all of our guests who have dined with us and supported Scout PNW over the last three years, and we can’t wait to share what’s next.
Daring and delicious has always been the mantra at Scout PNW, Thompson Seattle’s farm-to-table restaurant. On January 14, 2019, Scout PNW will be closing for a complete redesign and rebrand. We’re truly excited about introducing a new concept to our guests.
Helmed by Thompson Seattle’s nationally recognized Executive Chef Derek Simcik and Executive Pastry Chef Kate Sigel, our new restaurant concept will introduce fully transformed menus reflecting a refined culinary approach that brings to life an experiential and sensory dining experience, while still retaining the same sense of innovation and gastronomically-driven fare offered at Scout PNW.
Designed by award winning, Chicago-based design firm Rebel House with branding by All Good, a New York-based design agency, our re-concepting will include a complete interior remodel and redesign, new menus, and provocative new restaurant name… yet to be revealed.
We encourage you to indulge in cocktails and bites at Thompson Seattle’s rooftop bar & lounge The Nest, which will remain open as usual during our restaurant closure. Keep your eyes on thompsonseattle.com and @thompsonseattle & @scoutpnw for updates, and we look forward to seeing you this spring.
