Thompson Seattle’s day-to-night signature restaurant offers a rich array of Pacific Northwestern cuisine and cocktails. 
 

Scout is a gathering space just a stone’s throw from Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market, helmed by Thompson Seattle Executive Chef Derek Simcik. Our menu changes seasonally, featuring the best of Washington and locally-sourced products such as shellfish from the Puget Sound, wild mushrooms foraged from the Cascade Mountains, and grass-fed beef from Eastern Washington. 

Our plaid and Douglas Fir filled space celebrates the materiality and spirit of the Pacific Northwest and can accommodate large and small groups comfortably.

Private dining in our Cabin is available for groups of 12 to 18 people. 

We always strive to accommodate for allergies and dietary restrictions.

Courtyard Grill: 2pm-7pm
Dinner: 5pm-10pm
